Staff Selection Commission Stenographer Grade C and D Examination 2018



SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2018 Notification has been released on 22nd October 2018 at ssc.nic.in. Staff Selection Commission has started SSC Steno Grade C & D 2018 (SSC Stenographer) Application Form online submission from 22nd October 2018. SSC Steno (Grade C & D) Exam dates has been released and the online exam will consist all objective type Multiple Choice Questions and Stenography questions in Skill Test. SSC Stenographer Application Form 2018 online link has been activated and candidates will have to apply online for before the last date that is 19th Nov.

The Computer Based Test (CBT) has three sections as tabulated below:

SSC Stenographer Syllabus For Skill Test
The Skill Test is conducted to test the speed of candidates in noting down dictations. Candidates must have knowledge of shorthand (use of abbreviations and symbols to quickly note down what is being spoken). Candidates will be given 10 minute dictations in English and Hindi to note down. The expected speed is 100 words per minute for Stenographer Grade C posts and 80 words per minute for Grade D posts.
